With its small grain and reddish blond color, Risciola is a soft wheat from the high hills, rich in minerals and vitamins and characterized by a reduced content of gluten and lipids.
Risciola Type 1 flour is stone ground at a low temperature and is recommended for making bread, pizza and desserts in the kitchen.
